TERMS OF SERVICE

The Clover Poker Club is a private, members-only social club located in San Antonio, Texas. Access to the Club is restricted to active members in good standing and their approved guests. All prospective members must complete a membership registration form, sign a waiver, and be approved by management before being granted access. Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other individual.

Membership and entry are strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at registration and may be requested at any time. Anyone unable to verify their age will be denied entry, without refund of membership fees.

Membership fees, daily access fees, and hourly seat charges are published on our site and may be updated at any time. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, including daily passes, monthly passes, and any prepaid seat time. Unused membership time does not roll over and is forfeited if a membership is revoked for any violation of these Terms.

Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward other members, staff, and the Club premises. Harassment, discrimination, threats, physical altercations, cheating, collusion, theft, excessive intoxication, or any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment will result in immediate removal and may result in permanent revocation of membership without refund.

All games at the Club are conducted according to current World Series of Poker (WSOP) and Tournament Directors Association (TDA) rules, as adopted and interpreted by Club management. Players are expected to familiarize themselves with these rules. Full buy-in, chip handling, string bets, acting out of turn, and all other procedural matters will be governed by these standards.

In the interest of fairness and the integrity of play, all rulings made by Club management, floor staff, or designated supervisors are final and binding. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes over pots, rulings on procedural violations, ejections, suspensions, and interpretation of house rules.

Participation at The Clover Poker Club is voluntary and at your own risk. The Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property occurring on the premises, nor for any financial losses sustained during gameplay. Members expressly assume all risks associated with their participation and release the Club from any claims arising from their attendance.

The Club reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend, or permanently revoke any membership at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Revocation for cause — including but not limited to violations of these Terms, cheating, threatening behavior, or illegal activity — will not entitle the member to any refund of fees paid.

To protect the privacy of all members, photography, video recording, live streaming, and any other form of visual or audio capture of other members, staff, gameplay, or the interior of the Club is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Club management. Violations will result in immediate removal and may result in permanent revocation of membership.

Firearms, knives, and any other weapons are strictly prohibited on Club premises, regardless of any concealed carry license or other permit. This policy applies to members, guests, and all visitors without exception. Anyone found in possession of a weapon will be immediately ejected, reported to law enforcement as appropriate, and permanently banned from the Club.

The Club may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued membership or use of the Club following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
