Membership Rules — The Clover Poker Club

Membership Requirements:

The Clover Poker Club, operated by The Clover Club LLC, is a private social organization. All Members must be 21 years of age or older. Access to the Club and its amenities are limited strictly to approved Members in good standing. Memberships are offered on daily, monthly, or annual terms. New Members will undergo a one-month probationary period, during which their participation and conduct may be reviewed. The Membership Committee meets regularly to determine eligibility for full membership following probation. Group or event-based memberships may be made available for businesses or charities upon approval.

If a Member wishes to voluntarily restrict their own play, they may submit a self-exclusion request in person at the club. Should a membership be revoked, whether by request or as a result of disciplinary action, no dues or fees will be refunded.

Membership Dues and Fees:

To access the Club, Members must have active and current membership status. The following rates apply:

• Daily Membership Fee: $5
• Monthly Membership Pass: $40
• Hourly Seat Charge: $12 per hour

Food and Beverage Policy:

Policies regarding food and alcohol vary by location. Please consult with the on-site management at The Clover Poker Club for specific guidelines.

Weapons Policy:

The Clover Poker Club complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Firearms and other weapons are not permitted on the premises. Club locations are clearly marked with signage in accordance with Texas Penal Code Sections 30.05, 30.06, and 30.07, prohibiting both concealed and open carry firearms.

Photography and Video Recording:

Members are not permitted to take photos or videos inside the club without prior approval from management. The Clover Poker Club reserves the right to record video or take photographs for promotional or security purposes in accordance with the membership agreement.

Poker Gameplay Rules:

Poker games at The Clover Poker Club adhere to World Series of Poker (WSOP) rules for cash games and Tournament Directors Association (TDA) guidelines for tournaments, unless otherwise specified by local club rules. Our staff are trained in these rule sets and apply them consistently and fairly.

All gameplay decisions made by The Clover Poker Club management are final and intended to preserve game integrity. Management decisions are not subject to appeal and the club assumes no liability for the outcome of such decisions.

Code of Conduct:

Members and staff are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the acting floor manager may result in a warning, removal from the premises, or suspension/termination of membership. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to:

• Verbal abuse, threats, insults, or disruptive arguing
• “Slow rolling” or deliberate delays to antagonize opponents
• “Angle shooting” or exploiting rules to gain unfair advantage
• Unauthorized solicitation or recruiting
• Excessive intoxication or disruptive substance use
• Any form of collusion or cheating, such as:
  • Sharing information about another player’s hand
  • Tampering with cards or equipment
  • Coordinating with others to manipulate outcomes
• English only during a hand while playing at the table

The Clover Poker Club maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on collusion and reserves the right to take corrective actions, including chip forfeiture and/or permanent bans.

Live Stream Guidelines:

To ensure the integrity and professionalism of live streamed games, the following rules apply:

• No use of phones, headphones, earbuds, or electronics at the table. Players must leave the streaming area to use such devices.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.
• Promotion of competing clubs or events is prohibited unless explicitly approved.
• Food and drinks are allowed but must remain off the rail and table.
• Display names must be appropriate and either the player’s real name or a suitable nickname.
• Players are expected to consistently scan their hole cards for the broadcast.
• If two players are away, a third player may not leave the table until one of the others returns.
• Players must handle RFID cards carefully; damage may interrupt the stream.
• Gameplay must pause immediately if the dealer identifies a technical issue on the stream.
• All verbal actions and betting amounts must be clearly announced by the dealer.
• To preserve the broadcast delay, players may be put on a shot clock if action lags.
• Management reserves the right to control player attire. Prohibited clothing may include:
  • Garments with offensive or inappropriate text/images
  • Apparel from direct competitors (without prior approval)
  • Clothing that is excessively revealing or unclean

Live streamed tournaments may have modified break schedules, particularly during final table transitions or at the discretion of the club.

The Clover Club Private Member Club — BYOB Waiver & Liability Policy

1. General Policy

The Clover Club LLC permits guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages (BYOB) for personal consumption on the premises, subject to the conditions outlined in this waiver. By bringing alcohol, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Responsibility & Liability

• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to bring, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid identification may be required.
• All alcoholic beverages must be in compliance with Texas state laws and regulations.
• The Clover Club LLC does not provide, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages. Guests are fully responsible for their own alcohol consumption.
• Guests assume all liability for their actions while under the influence of alcohol and agree to drink responsibly.
• The Clover Club LLC is not liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from alcohol consumption on or off the premises.

3. Restrictions & Compliance

• No excessive drinking, disruptive behavior, or intoxication will be tolerated.
• Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas as determined by management.
• Sharing or distributing alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises and possible legal action.
• Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol consumption.

4. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By bringing and consuming alcohol on the premises, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy. I accept full responsibility for my actions and release The Clover Club LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to my alcohol consumption.
